Dolly Toy Company of Tipp City OH is best known for war-time and post-war houses with lots of printing and little or no glitter or celophane. Here's an anomaly Maria found on eBay - a prewar set with both glitter and celophane, and "Made in U.S.A." stamped proudly on the bottom. Note the silver windowframes.
