Here is my first practice build of a pattern that I found on paperglitterglue. it is modeled after one of the houses from the set of 8 that I posted earlier.
This was really just a practice build to familiarize myself with cutting and gluing and coating with sand.
It is also pictured next to the original.

dale...certainly looks like you have it all figured out to me...cutting, folding, painting, coating with sand and snow on the roof...

And Pete...yes! I definitely want to do some in coconut once I get some practice under my belt! The sand looks pretty cool too, but the coconut just adds a "whole nother" level of Christmas!
