"OUTLINE PENS"--HAS ANYONE TRIED THEM?

So, I ordered these on January 5, and they said they sent them, but the tracking number doesn't work. So far the only thing I know is that money came out of my PayPal account.

They may very well be on the way. If they came from China, they would be very slow arriving, but usually the tracking numbers work . . . . .
