Off Topic - Nativity Creche at Crechemania

Sorry if this is not an appropriate topic for the forums, but I am getting desperate.

For a few weeks I have been trying to access the crechemania (http://www.papermodelkiosk.com/shop/) website to no avail. I forgot my password and need to reset it. I have tried writing to their "contact" page, but every time I submit a request, all I get is an error message. If I try to re-register, it tells me there is already an account under my email address and I need to contact the administrator for them to send it to me. It's like a dog chasing it's tail...a never ending circle.

Has anyone else had similar difficulties with their site?

looks like all that's required there is a name and an email address...there is a place to type a message and explain your situation...it might help...
