These are so incredible. I love the coloring on Barb project and the depth and shine on Howard's. I love seeing the flatties.

Hi Barb, i love it, nice job! The last little girl very sweet!! Did you prim it first and then the gel pens?

Hi all,

Thank you for the nice words! Lynn, I did not prime first. I'm usually so eager to get the color on that I can't wait for anything like primer to get started. I just started coloring away with the gel pens. Where I DID have to wait was for the gel colors to dry thoroughly before coating with Mod Podge for a glossy finish. I also used some watered down acrylics for skin tone and "blush". Gotta have blush, right??

This one is so cute! I love your flatties, but many are a subject matter for a village set further back in time thank "imagine" my village to be. I think of a village during my childhood. Say late 50's early 60's. This flattie looks like it will fit right in...
