Thanks Lee! I did check with DD this morning and their cup wrap was not corrugated so Barb can I take you up on your offer?

I agree with Howard. The 4 flute size is the one most commonly used. I have LOTS of this as the place in Texas where I get my bubble wrap always puts this kind of corrugated cardboard outside the bubble wrap to make a stiffer shipping package. I have used it to ship sets of dishes and still have plenty left over to use in restoration. In fact there is a trim piece on the appartment building that I am in the process of restoring and I replaced it with the 4 flute and it matches the other trim perfectly. There IS a smaller size fluting used on some fences but don't think it is half size of this. I found this style of fluting in some of the old light bulb wrappers which are getting harder to find. I do have some of the 4 flutes just not sure if this was too large for the church. I keep looking at the picture trying to compare the flutes with the windows to get an idea of the size but after hearing from all of you it sounds like this size may work. A friend of mine did find a coffee cup sleeve today that does have the 8 flutes, but your right Tom this looks too small. Thanks!!I
