The little Quonsets are very late 1930s or early 1940's my guess. The little fort is MUCH earlier and it is a light up building. The little flag was inside it and from the same era. 49 stars (of course). I think they are more funny than disturbing. :roll:

greetings to all...

here are a couple of pictures of the finished station...i think it looks right at home with the department 56 O-n30 "village express" train...if i ever build another one, i'll make the center section a little taller and the hole for the clock larger so that there will be room for a light blue frame around the clock...

WOW!! That turned out AWESOME!! Love the blue windows and doors, they really pop from the rest of the house!
