Beautiful set Brian…….can't wait to see what you change with the 10th Avenue house! I am sure it will be wonderful.

I agree with Howard, nothing wrong with the photos.

Thanks Janet, just getting ready to start adding the coco! :)

Here is a pic of the two new ones in primer. Probably don't need to post this primer pic since it is gonna look just like the first 10th ave house I did on page 1...but here it is anyways. :) I love progress pics...even if its the same house, so I figure maybe some other folks out there do too.

Hope everybody is having a great night!

Finished these two houses up today.

I love the variations on this house, so hopefully I did them justice.

I think Tom has talked a little bit about mixing coconut colors on here to achieve a more vintage feel and that's what I did on the base of the yellow house. It is my favorite combination of coco so far. It has a dark green, teal, and hints of white. I think a lot of the older houses the color faded out of the coco leaving it looking whitish, and similar to the result I have here.

Hope everybody had a great weekend!

THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!! :D

Howard I think next up is another GIANT! :) I think it's gonna be a doozy too, its the one with brown coco roof. Has little boy and cardboard car. Hoping to start my pattern soon.
