Greetings to all...
On a recent stroll through Hobby Lobby, I saw these premade 2" x 4" canvases...wait!...these are the same size as the ones I make for Ten Cent City Houses...had to get a couple packages...real timesavers...

Greetings to all...
After a dry spell of building "Ten Cent City" houses, I finally found a subject...mine has been greatly reduced in size from the original...plus the windows have been simplified...I'll post a picture of the image that inspired my version in a few days...
The pattern is in the PDF below the work-in-progress pictures...stay tuned for a picture of my finished piece...

UPDATE...7/10/2024...
Here is the vintage original I used as inspiration for my much smaller Ten Cent City project...I didn't copy the roofline or use the same window cutouts...

UPDATE...4/28/2025...
Greetings to all...
After a creative drought, I found a suitable subject for another Ten Cent City house...it has the look that defines a storybook house in my mind...a low slope roofline (especially on one side), tiny windows and chunky chimney...like all the other Ten Cent City houses, it sits on a 2" x 4" double thick cardboard base...
The pattern is in the PDF below the work-in-progress photo...I'll post a picture of the completed house later...stay tuned...
