good afternoon...

while waiting for the paint to dry on my street lamp refurbishing project and new bulbs...i'm working on another "flattie"...

he's a blend of details from two sources...the street weeping man seen in several of antoinette's christmas mantels...and a vintage marx toy train figurine pushing a warehouse broom...

nothing new as far as making him...he's done just like all the other "flatties" i've made...guess i really need to do a group shot of all of them...

my very best regards...howard...

Nice design Howard. Yes! A photo of all of your flatties together would be a real treat to see.

Cheers,

greetings to all...

making progress...the cut out profile and "layering detail pieces" are show on the left...on the right is the "flattie" fully assembled...

i did add a paper clip wire brace to the back to strengthen the legs...go here...and see how i did the same thing on the mailman "flattie" project a few weeks back...http://www.cardboardchristmas.com/forum ... =14&t=1110

now, he's headed to the paint shop for finishing...

my very best regards...howard...
