Making "Mrs. Walker" and her "Scotty" dog "flattie"...

What kind of figures have been used with cardboard Christmas houses and villages, where do you get appropriate figures today, how do you make, prepair, repair or otherwise maintain figures?

Wow... They look dashing Howard! Perfect match I must say... Idea: How about a Charles Dickens classic "Mr. Scrooge"? I know with your expertise handling that X-acto knife, you will do an excellent job!
