A cute little Canadian "folk art"/modern art house from 1948

Post by DCrowe »

I won't ever post reference to an ongoing ebay auction, but this item has already been through one selling cycle and has been relisted. Seller describes it as a RARE QUEBEC 1930'S FOLK ART MODEL OF A HOUSE SIGNED AND DATED '48. The current auction item number is 283650689216. It is forward thinking for a folk art house, but perhaps it is built in a folk art kind of way. Certainly it is not a mass produced item. But I simply thought it would be cute enough to share. Stated height is about 8.5 inches so it is big. Would make a great lakkie.
