The seller claims this is Japanese, but it looks more like COLMOR.

Ted had a photo showing this is a different color on his Dolly & COLMOR page:

If the green one started out with a box base that was cut off due to damage, that would explain the rugged edges. No, it's not a great find, I just never saw this house in this color before.

I couldn't resist posting this photo of my "blind" GIANT DOLLY TOY house. You are right the base has been cut down. Mine has the windows out as I am going to send them to Pete so he can copy them. Also the card trees are off and hopefully he can reproduce those as well as they are very often damaged.

The base seems elaborate for a Dolly. If the purple one in Ted's photo didn't have Dolly windows, I'd have my doubts. Thanks for sharing, Tom.

This is a Dolly. Set #200, with 8 houses, all have that elaborate fence detail. There is no base box. The base was printed on both sides of the cardboard and scored so that fence folded up around the house and was joined at the corners with metal brads. There are no markings on the base. Only the box is marked with the Dolly name.

Thanks, Les, that fills in the gaps for me.
