Is this house salvagable?

So, I'm sharing my worst project to date.

This is supposed to by my baby girl's first Christmas putz. And I feel like I've ruined it on so many levels! It's the "green house" from the Pack of Fun set, and somehow I totally tweaked the chimney, so it's not straight. Plus, the glitter I grabbed is way too big. And something happened to my glue! I don't know why it discolored so bad. I didn't use the regular Elmer's white glue, I used washable glue. I don't know if it reacted with the glitter, but it's only in some places.

So, do I keep working with it to try to fix things? Or do I just toss the whole thing and start over? I've never given up on a putz before...

Hello...my suggestion...don't trash...break out the Snow-Tex!...It does a wonderful job of covering things...just don't ask me how I know... ;)

My very best regards...Howard...

Shanniebaby - what Howard said! :-)

P.S I resized your photo. Generally 800 wide is about right.

Really it will look nice when you're done with the Snow-Tex

I finally went and bought some Snow-tex (which is a really cool product!). And I think I made it worse. :(
I'm just going to keep going, though. Maybe adding an angel and some accessories will make it better. Ugggh!

Shannie, don't give up on it. You might just want to put it in the back of your village, but it's one of your babies. :-)

Well, it's done.

I made the tree with real lichen and a twig and the sparkly ball is from the earrings I wore at our wedding.

Shannie, I think it's cute. I love the lichen tree. Do you harvest it yourself? Used to buy it in bulk orders from the hobby shop for model railroading, found a forst of it once while on vacation. The hobby shop stuff is treated to stay flexible, but the real, raw stuff gets pretty stiff, which is actually good in this application.
