2026 Project No. 11 -- A Cottage for Two Famous Cartoon Characters
Greetings to all,
First, please note that I’ll reveal the two famous cartoon characters when I share photos of the finished cottage at a later date. The cottage is in the paint shop right now getting two coats of white primer before the colorful finish colors and glitter are applied. This updated ...

Here are the window details…The panes are red acetate, with 1/32”/1 mm gold tape used for the mullions. This tape is available on the internet and is sold as “fingernail decorating tape”. It may also be found by searching for "pinstripe tape".

Re: 2026 Project No. 10 - Noel Manor Castle
Hello everyone,
I didn’t expect to finish this castle so quickly, but some projects capture my full attention—and for me, that’s creativity at its best.
The sand-textured finish ended up a bit coarser than planned, but the primer coat and metallic paint helped smooth it out. The castle stands 9 3 ...

2026 Project No. 10 - Noel Manor Castle
Hello everyone,
Castles are one of my favorite project categories, and I’ve probably made about a dozen over the years. For this project, I looked for inspiration on two well-known websites—Paper Glitter and Glue and A Cottage in the Forest—as well as through numerous online image searches.

Re: 2026 Build No. 7
Greetings to all,
My Little Glitter House version of the barn roof house is finished. I used the same basic color pallet as Steve used on his except, I used clear glitter over the craft paint colors and substituted a bottle brush tree for the twin luffa trees. Now, I'm off to find another house to ...

Re: 2026 Build No. 7
Greetings to all,
PutzinVT recently posted his seventh build of 2026. It’s the yellow and blue coconut covered house in the first picture in this topic. After the first glance, I knew I had to build my Little Glitter House version. If you want to build your own version, below is a little backstory ...

Re: TEN CENT CITY INSPO
Hello,
Maria, I have a house that I’ll be posting in a month or so that is similar but has two chimneys. Now, thanks to you, I have inspiration for another Ten Cent City house with a porch and single chimney. Perhaps it will be one of my Fall projects.

Hello, PutzinVT…
I see you have been busy crafting…very busy indeed. I count four you very recently shared with the forum. Thank you so much for posting the pictures of the houses you’ve made from my patterns.
It gives me encouragement to continue sharing all my patterns. By the way, I have three ...
