update...1-22-2019...

all five pieces have been hot glued to painting stick handles and given several coats of white primer...now they're off to the paint shop...

update...1-29-2019...

the Santa and the first four elves are finished...there will be more elves later...a few of the same pose but "flipped" and possibly a couple of more poses...new color combinations as well...

update...4-19-2019...

four elves were not quite enough so here are three more profiles...i'm going to paint them with different color clothing for more variety and contrast to the first four which were basically red and green...
