Post subject:  Antique German Tiered Village

I got this this winter and thought I would share it with others on this list. The feature on the second tier on the right looks much like a shrine and all I have seen of this one had this feature. It has a Piece of cellophane with a gold little angel pasted on it and this is consistent with this type. I put a little tiny Hallmark nativity in that space and it seems to satisfy my need for completion.

Tom, thanks for sharing. Reminds me of some of the Czech one-piece villages.

Thanks Tom, you reminded me that I am dying to try my hand at making one of these--but then I will be working on the layout for my new train in the next few weeks (smile).
