A TRIBUTE TO MILADA JEZEK A.K.A. "MILLIE"

Received the sad news that Linda's aunt--Milada "Millie" Jezek--who has been entertaining us for years with her annual and very beautiful vintage and antique Christmas decorating, passed away in November at the age of 100.

The image below is her wedding day photo interspersed with made in Japan putz houses and other vintage Christmas from a past holiday season.

Millie's displays and the artful, loving way she put it all together every year, will be missed. Linda tells us that the family decorated Millie's room so that she passed away surrounded by her treasures.

Click on the link to see a Flickr album I pulled together from her displays throughout the years.
