Hello everyone, happy new year!

I finished this house before Christmas. It is in HO scale and I got the pattern from Edmung Gillon's book Suburban Houses of the Twenties.

Mr. Gillon called this a tudor house but it looks French to me.

I am finishing one more HO scale building and then I am going to start Howard's Ten Cent City.

You have outdone yourself with this one!...it's your finest work ever!...superior photography in my book as well...

Thank you Howard for your kind words. Here is a picture of my photo setup. The backdrop is wrapping paper I got off the internet. I think I did a search for snow trees wrapping paper.

Thank you Lynn for your kind words.

Howard, I originally purchased a 24"x24" portable photo studio. It came with the box and two light sources. The box was really too small for what I wanted to use it for but I have been using the lights that came with it. Amazon has a similar setup which can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/FOSITAN-Continou ... B0798DMM35

I only use the camera in my Galaxy Note 8 phone. It takes pictures almost a well as my big camera.

I hope this helps,

Lee

Lee,

Another stunning masterpiece. You've outdone anything in the original book by a mile.

I love it. I am fascinated by the lighting of the house interior and the lamp over the door. How was that done?
