Lots of vintage made in Japan goodness and houses by Howard Lamey--the top picture was how it was finalized in the last days before removal and being packed away--I always end up adding stuff!

I love these 2 villages. The Cologne village is a great tiered display. I like how well you can see all of those houses. More photos please.

Lee, I love your set-up as well. Is the house in the middle your family home that you made several copies for family members? It is a treasure. Even if you didn't do a village this year, I hope you brought out that piece at least.
