Bird House ornament

Made this little bird house to hang on our tree.
It has a hole in the back that you can stick a miniature bulb off of
a string of lights on your tree.

There is 2 side windows and the bird hole that light can shine thru.

Looks pretty on the tree.

Steve, you are the master of the mini-putz. You should include a quarter or something in the photos so folks can see just how fine your work is (in both senses of the word).

A perfect little masterpiece!...where did you find the red bird?...and the greenery?...

I think I know what the textured finish is...but would you confirm?...

The birds are from here.

Had a hard time some that were that small.

The Snow is my ground up styrofoam ball w/ white paint in it.

The greenery is a a wreath pic from A.C. Moore

It's a Nicole brand simplyWinter #7929

I cut it off the main stem.

But it's 2.25" tall and 2" wide at the widest point.

I love it!! What a great idea for lighting it on the Christmas tree. Knowing where to buy everything is so helpful.

Steve, thanks for the photo with the quarter; it gives a better idea of scale. Did you use a craft acrylic paint with the ground-up styrofoam? Very effective.
