I have started the laborious process of selling stuff off. Looking back, I think the REAL reason fate has allowed me to get this much stuff is not to hoard it, but rather record it in photographs, which I have ever so s-l-o-w-l-y but surely been doing. Once I'm finished recording the object and perhaps trying to get a little history behind it, I have to let go of it - profit be hanged. To this end I already have a 600+ page 'Guide To Marx Plastic Accessories' available free to download, and am working to build a body of K-Line plastic accessories, and Marx tin-litho buyildings. Don't know if this will translate over to Christmas stuff - only time will tell. |

I often buy things to photograph for articles, then try to find them a good home. If I can get the photographs WITHOUT buying the things, I'll gladly do so. But some readers imagine I must own everything I write about, which would make my house and garage even more crowded than they already are. Ed, if you want to post pdf files for tinplate trains somewhere, I've heard that the guy who runs Big Indoor Trains is delighted to post that sort of thing. |

I'll be happy to promote any free downloads you want to do. I know people out there will so appreciate it! |

Paul, Maria, If'n I remember, I'll provide you both with the links tomorrow, as I have the day off. Today I spent photographing toys for the blog - pretty good day, over 500 photos! |
