Just saw this house show up on Ebay.

I am shocked at what is happening right now with eBay pricing. I sort of get it with very rare houses (although I still think it's quite a risk), but I'm also seeing common houses with ridiculous starting prices.

Thats a cool house, I've seen a bigger version of this one. Kind of a Pagoda House. Does anybody have the link to this on ebay, would love to see if I can grab more pics for possible future pattern. I didnt see it when i searched.
Thanks

Some of the prices are just ridiculous. Not every putz house is a "winner"....but this one is still quite nice...

This is a nice looking house. I wonder folks are coming up with these rare (at least to me) houses - and in such great condition.
