Here's an e-mail I got from someone in Cedar Falls looking for a speaker for an annual Christmas festival. I can't think of anyone off hand who lives in the region, but some of you may, or some of you may know someone who does. -----------------------------------------Here's the content of the e-mail---------------- I am on a committee to find a speaker for a Festival of Trees brunch in Cedar Falls, IA. I am familiar with putz houses and am thinking it would make a great topic for the brunch's program. Do you know of any one in the northeast Iowa area that collects them (the one we know of passed away recently) or would be able to give a program on the history of the houses? We may be able to borrow some of the houses from our contact's collection, but am looking for someone to speak to the history of the collectibles.
