I took a break from house building, too hot and muggy up here in Vermont.
I spied this little guy in an Ebay auction awhile back.
I had a bunch of the right material from the other figures I'd made.
And I had onbe of Peter's faces.
Plus I live in Vermont and we have alot of ski areas.
I'm not a fan of the vintage skin color of pink, so I painted him more of a natural skin tone.
So here he is.
He's meant to hang from a tree, hence the gold string loop.

So cute.. what are the ends of the ski pole? And is that staples holding his feet the skis?
Re: A quick mid summer project
Good eye. The ski bindings are staples.
And the snow basket on the end of the ski poles are circles punched with a 1/4" paper punch. the paper was shiny gold scrapbooking paper.
