Just saw this item come up on Ebay.

Seems to be in pretty good shape.
Bet it will go for a bunch of money.

Time to sit on the sideline and see how high it goes.

I won it in one ebay auction, but I didn't meet the reserve. I think I bid $200.

So the auction ended today. The house went
for $177.00. Interesting thing. The same seller just listed another of the same house for auction at $95.00.

The seller is pretty lucky to end up with 2 of the same
rare house to sell.

Hmmmmm... I don't think this seller has two of the same house. I think the original listing was ended, and a new listing for the same house put up today. I can't get to the original listing but perhaps today's minimum bid is higher or something? If you examine the pictures side by side, I think you'll see they are the same.

I placed a "MAKE AN OFFER" bid on this house for $155.00 the seller accepted my bid. Her email reply got lost somewhere in my computer and I was entertaining my family for the weekend. I always have a back up plan so I left a very healthy bid on Auction Sniper. I also placed a bid so she couldn't
accept an other "Make an offer". When I got back to my computer on Monday I see that she sold it for !77.00 I went ballistic on her. Threatened to get Ebay involved in unorthodox practices. Ebay frowns on this type of practice. After she admonished me for my comments she stated that she put it back up for auction. This person seems to not know what they're doing? NOW it's it's going to go for HUGE BUCKS! What a nightmare. Just for therecord there are at least 8 different Disney houses.

I had something like that happen to me with a vintage celluloid Santa. I was so aggravated I did not return to EBAY for many years. Even today I rarely use the service.
