Greetings to all…

A while back, DCrowe, a longtime forum contributor, sent me a link to a Greek Revival mansion as a possible source of project inspiration…he was so right…this one had to be built…here’s the link to the photos I worked from...

https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/305-E-Lexington-Ave_Danville_KY_40422_M45503-04727

Only about the front half of the house was built to show off the really important features…the street view and a little on each side…

Originally the plan was to do the house in glitter…but a white house on snow would be sort of bland…so Fall was chosen for color, contrast and texture…I did use my artistic license when it came to the landscape details…

The base measures 6 ½” x 10 ½”…I can’t provide patterns for this house…there are just too many parts and pieces…most of which are cut to fit as the build went…the last photo does show the three main body pieces and the columns...

Hope this project brings you some enjoyable viewing…

My best regards…

Howard…

This house definetly brought me some joy viewing. The detail and work that went into making it is awe inspiring.
