It will be interesting how much it goes for.

You'll need to keep us posted.

Paul, Maria, Antoinette, thank you so much for the kind words!!!

The prices the old houses go for are astounding, but I know in my heart if I had the cash, I'd probably pay it for some of them. Totally worth it!! I'm constantly jealous of fellow ebayers!! I'm continually blown away with the craftsmanship that went into making them each time I pick one apart to recreate it.

This house may be spoken for already, so it might not make it to my online store, but I am probably going to sell the next few I make. It's hard to let this one go, it is by far my favorite so far. I may have to make another for myself at some point. As some of you know I'm a musician too, so the profits I make are going to fund the other hobby, so I can make some recordings.

I'm up in the air on my next project, I have one house in mind.

Well better get back to work! :)

I have an Etsy shop that I sell extra T-shirts, one offs, and different designs I've done for myself or for friends. I do it in my free time when Im not working for clients. My shop is called AwwNeat
I was thinking about making a section in it for a few of the extra houses I build. I may put "The Fair" set up for sale there. I just have no idea what to charge at this point. I will probably list stuff around Thanksgiving if I have more done by then.

Heres the link:

Heres something I hadn't told too many people yet, but I think I'm going to print a Putz shirt for myself to wear around the Holidays with a house on front and a Made in Japan stamp on back. I may print up a few extras and put them in my shop. :)

Thank you VERY much, Les!! I'm planning on working on the shirt design after Halloween. Maybe I'll start a thread with a few ideas I have and see what everybody thinks. Will keep you guys updated!

I sculpted another Santa like the one that is going with this house. I think Im going to attempt to make a mold of him using Tom's method. I think it could be fun!! Plus this way if I make another one of these houses, I'll have him ready to go.

I just decided on another house Im starting to make right now, but I think I might make another square pillar house soon, its sitting on my desk next to all the other ones I built and I LOVE looking at it. The green and orange are eye catching. Plus I promised to make a car pattern for you guys, and I think I'm going to have to build another car to make sure the pattern works. :)

Hey Brian, question: How did you get the black "sprinkles" on that house by the way? Was it mixed with the white sand, or put on as a 2nd coat? What was your application method? Thanks for your help! :)
