I used Martha Stewart's glitter the colors are yellow gold and silver. There's nothing on the bottle but it is very fine.

Thanks.

I think our local Micheals sells that brand.

I'll check it out.

greetings to all...

speaking of "glitter"...based on a future project i've been working on recently with another forum member...here's a product i know will work on lynn's putz manger ornaments...

i bought just about every color of "extra fine sulyn brand glitter" that walmart sells...it's also available online and in craft stores...but wally world has a very competitive price...

note...the labels change from time to time...not sure which one you'll find...but the contents are correct...

i've used the "sulyn brand crystal clear glitter" since the beginning...and have never been disappointed...the same holds true for the "extra fine glitter"...

why did i buy colors?...oh, that will all be revealed next year...that's the plan...so stay tuned...

my very best regards...howard...

note...i have no financial connection in any way with any companies or products...

These remind me of the shiny brite ornaments! I love them! Shiny brite used little plastic minatures in the center. Your color choice for the glitter is perfect! Thank you for the pattern, I'm going to add it to my list of things to make! Merry Christmas!

So I downloaded the pattern and resized it back to 100%.

I then made an interesting find.

I am looking to make them vintage.
The figures seemed hard to duplicate.

then I figured out, you don't and you can still get them.

Do any figures looks familiar?

Looks like cake picks were used . and you can still get vintage ones.

Pretty Cool.

Hi Steve nice find. The one I made is a repo of the Manger made in Germany. There are 2 on ebay, I am writing from my cell so I will pass along the item number 181962154116.

I agree--nice find Steve. By the way, you can find lots of vintage picks at ETSY--some are quite reasonably priced....
