I finally finished my houses for this Halloween. I am going to be traveling for a couple of months so I had to finish early and didn't get as many done as last year. Also I experimented more with the clock houses - not sure if I am going to keep making them. I do like the fact that they can hang on the wall though. I think that is a nice variation for some people, but the more traditional Halloween houses appeal to me more, I think.

If you look closely you can see my one attempt at a flattie. It's a simplified witch flattie from Howard's pattern. I need to work more on that.

Take care everybody.
Lucy

Lucy...

More Halloween Houses!...All are winners, too!...I especially like the one i copied and posted below...

Hope you don't mind if i get a little inspiration from the design and make something similar...

I'm kinda desperate for a project right now...

But mine will probably be a Christmas glitter house version...

My very best regards...howard...

I always feel a tinge of guilt when I post houses on this forum made from commercial dies. I did use 3 dies for the one Howard copied- Sizzix Village Dwelling, Village Manor and the roof dies. I like how you can convert the little house into a spooky manor easily. I think this design will look great as a Christmas house.

Howard, if I ever make something that inspires you to make something similar, that makes me very happy because of the all the inspiration you have given to other members of the forum.

Lucy, I wouldn't feel too guilty about posting your houses. A lot of creativity has gone into them and you always add such interesting details. I like the variety too.
