WINDOW BOXES CARDBOARD SPELLING OUT HOLIDAY GREETING

Post by maria »

Last Christmas I attended a get together where the hostess had decorated a narrow ledge with a series of cardboard window boxes--the kind for cakes, candies and such but a little more interesting in design. Each "window" held a single printed letter spelling out the words MERRY CHRISTMAS, a hole had been punched in the back of the box through which some of that thin wire battery electric light strings had been strung. I thought to myself wow--how clever.......and creative.....and meant to ask the hostess about them but neglected to do so....I finally found the boxes this morning

I love this. I know I say this over and over, but I am amazed at the cool things you find.
