Questions about Ted and Windows

I emailed Ted a couple years ago about my Christmas village in my family for over 80 years now. I'm so sorry to here he isn't doing well. Is Ted still alive. I greatly respect what he has done in keeping these putz houses alive and well. I'm finally undertaking the task of restoring all my houses. I would like to order some windows and doors if it is still possible. I would also be willing to pay to get the manufacturing procedures for making these doors and windows if you are interested in that. I wanted to initially order the GP-1 sample kit along with one of the large doors, pinwheels, and each of the two types of clocks.
