Yes, mvincent352. It is. But-- it's a type of an ornament that hangs on the tree versus being nestled around a Christmas tree, or used in a mantle diorama. As you can see, it has red cellophane on the back; like windows. That's for the Christmas lights to shine through and make the inside scene "glow" for effect. Hope this helps! I have a few myself.
