greetings to all...

here's another little house that fits in with all the other "Pack-O-Fun" size houses...let's call it the "May Cottage"...i was inspired by the image of the vintage original house shown below...my version just had to be condensed and squeezed to fit on a smaller base measuring approximately 3" x 4 1/2" x 3/4" thick...

i'll post the pattern sheets later this week...

my very best regards...

Howard...

Howard:

Are the fence posts paper wrapped around bamboo Skewers?

I think that's what I'm seeing.

update...5-7-2018...

the PDFs below are the two pattern sheets for the "May Cottage"...

Steve...yes...the 1' tall posts are copy paper wrapped around a bamboo skewer...i learned the method from forum member, Tom Hull...he uses toothpicks and strips of newspaper...but the concept is the same...i think this is the right link to Tom's method posted on Ted's site...

update...5-14-2018...

my little "May Cottage" is finished...see the picture below...my color pallet is slightly different than the vintage original...but's that's OK since there are really no rules we have to follow...i do see a few little details i may touch up later this week...probably needs another layer of clear glitter on the white snow area on the roof as well...

my very best regards...

Howard...

Greetings to all…

Here are two more remakes of previous projects…but I condensed the bases down to the “pack-o-fun” size which measures 3” x 4 ½” x ¾” thick and changed the fence details…these two will also be done with color schemes that are different than the first time…

The barn roof house…but the pattern has been “flipped”…and I left off the side room…here’s the link to the original version…
https://www.cardboardchristmas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1219

The front entry house…it truly is just a remake…go here…

Pictures of these two completed houses will be posted later…

My very best regards…

Howard…
