It's a little bit late, but Merry Christmas everybody. I hope you had a great Christmas. Here is my Christmas card to you - it's a pop-up house card. I don't know if I can post a video on the forum so I'm just posting the front and the inside of the house card.

Again, Merry Christmas.

Lucy

Howard, that made me laugh when you asked about making many more. I was thinking of making invitations next year to the Little House Making party and I thought of making a pop-up house. So yes, next year I will be making lots of these probably in later October after I finish my Halloween houses for Habitat. I just like mailing out individual invitations as opposed to email or Facebook invites. We are kind of Old School (those of us on this forum), aren’t we?

Have a Happy New Year too.

Lucy

Here is another popup card. This one is a Gingerbread House popup. I mixed the brown paint with some cinnamon and cloves to give a little fragrance of Christmas. It's pretty subtle so I will add a lot more next time. And the bonus - it gives a little texture as well.

Here's the link of a very short video of the card (7 seconds) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bhb4A7U1e08

I hope you have a very Happy New Year - stay healthy and creative!
