I love the cotton top. Even if you did suffer from glue finger (a common malady for someone with our hobby), you did a great job. This is a really inspiring house.

Picture perfect my friend! I ordered some rolled cotton from my local CVS store here. Funny thing, they didn't have it in stock! Maybe they just don't carry it here in these parts.
Can't wait to get it and start this little build!

What a nice little house. Love that happy glow from the windows! The cotton looks really good. I can imagine the glue fingers are challenging when working with the cotton - but you have a great finished project here, - as usual.

That "happy glow" from the windows?...I've started putting a single layer of thin, translucent paper behind the widows to soften and diffuse the light...so far I've tried tracing paper, coffee filter and tissue paper...all with more or less the same result...
Behind the scene...

I also have several different color bulbs that I use to illuminate the houses...red, orange, yellow and clear...even blue...I try each one untill I find the best one for that particular house...
