It is definitely both fun and frustrating. =) We've had more fun than frustration experimenting with different methods/materials though. I think we have the process and materials figured out and we're going to make some bigger ones this weekend. In the 8" to 10" range.

I’ll put all the notes and materials together once I get one start to finish that looks the way I’m hoping they will. I’m not shooting for realistic. Deep green tree, white paint snow and a dyed red wooden base. Just like my grandmother had.
