here is the finished "dolly" inspired church reproduction...it's covered with mica flakes...the base is finished with clear glitter...

stay tuned for more "dolly" inspired reproductions...a version we've never seen before seems to crop up when least expected...

The door, large window at the bottom of the tower and the two side windows are scans of the ones that were in the church that Lynn rescued. The vintage original did not have a round window above the door but I thought the space could use one. the round window I uses was also one Lynn scanned from another dolly church.

Here is my version of the latest Dolly church. The original windows and doors were in great shape so it made reproducing them relevantly easier to make. Having the original I could see the mica was really fine more like a dust than the flakes I used. I really like the dust but choose the Flakes to match my other Dollys. Thanks Howard for making the pattern.
