greetings to all...
after breaking the "curse" and the "spell" she had on me, the "witches' lair" is now finished...
so that you could see the details, colors and illuminated windows, i ran the image through a little photo processing magic...i had to increase the shadows and increase the fill light...the actual colors are not quite as vibrant...
my very best regards...howard...

Amazing again. Up here in Vermont the ground would be covered w/ autumn leaves too.
But I don't think you get that down in Fl.

Whew, that is one colorful crooked house. A lot of work, but quite the charmer. There are so many clever details.

Howard I just love it! The texture and colors are perfect. The design is very fitting and the witch looks right at home. I imagine it was harder to make all the slant shapes verses straight lines. You did a super job, will there be another one, I hope so....

I cannot believe how cute the witches' lair is! The colors are perfect and so whimsical. I wondered how the torches were going to fit, but they fit perfectly in that space. I like the rust coating on the barbed wire. I was afraid the plain wire would be sharp and you know how inquisitive people's fingers can be with the little houses. They can't help but touch them.
Yes, a village is needed I think. Recently, the forum did the Dolly village - now the witch's village (Dollywood to Witchswood?)

Will...
The windows are "orange" acetate...vs "red" acetate...I think I got it from hobby lobby...can't remember for sure...if you can't find orange acetate, try orange velum...
