good afternoon...
here's the little "loggie" for my "pack-o-fun" village...it's based on the reverse pattern that lynn used on her "yellow house"...
the base is covered with sawdust that was colored with craft paint...the walk is natural color sawdust...
didn't go too heavy on the mica flakes or snow-tex...just enough to suggest a little dusting...
merry christmas to all...
my very best regards...
howard...

I really like him Howard. If I can figure out the pattern I think I'd like to try him for my first loggie. Did you make your trees?

laurie...
i'm very sure you can figure out the pattern...the trees are just small bottle brush trees i sprayed green to cover up the white snow that came on them...i did dust them with a tiny bit of mica flakes and a touch of snow-tex...
my very best regards...howard...

The Snow Tex looks like a good match for the stuff they used on similar trees way back when.

good morning...
here are the patterns for the "loggie" roofs...i've had a request for them...they are a little tricky since you have to cut around the front wall and chimney...
i'd suggest you make them oversize to start with then trim to fit around the walls and chimney as needed...you might want to make out of thin cardboard (cereal box weight) first...then transfer the pattern to the cardboard for the roof after you get the proper fit...
i sometimes have to make several test versions of parts...it's all part of the building process...
keep in touch...my very best regards...
