This person is selling the HOUSE KIT (not the fireplace) for $32 plus $3 shipping. I don't think they'll be putting
us old-timers with our weak eyes out of business.

Also, it's nice to see someone selling putz houses on etsy that HASN'T "borrowed" Howard's patterns.

Yes, quite expensive indeed. A friend of mine used little monopoly houses for her dollhouse fireplace mantle--painted and glittered--she found them at a tag sale--needless tosay they were a lot less money--couldn't be lit though.
