I thought this would take half the time that it did. I guess if you're making one just for yourself you can do a lot more fudging and a lot less instructions. If you're making it as a kit that someone will construct you need to be as precise as possible. Two weeks of tinkering sure pays off when you see the results... This Model can come as a kit or plans that can be adhered , with Scotch 77 spray adhesive, to your own chipboard. NOTE: this model takes 2 different thickness' of chipboard as well as some specially cut wooden dowel rods. The decorative trim is open faced corrugated cardboard with a specific number of ridges per inch. (If you want it to look like the original).

Hello fellow putzers, Sorry for the delay in imparting the needed information. Been a crazy couple of weeks. Deaths, weddings, graduations, computer problems, trying to go on vacation, etc. Fun and games. Anyway, the best I can calculate for the time being is: $35.00 for the complete kit (Patterns glued to the right thickness chipboards, Wooden fence posts and wooden round Pillars ans plenty of photos and some instructions) Plus shipping right around $6.00 to $7.00. $18.00 for Patterns (5 pages-You supply the chipboard/cardboard) plus wooden fence posts and Pillars plus postage $5.00 to $6.00. Patterns (5 pages no wooden parts) $10.00 plus postage $2.50. I will only charge you actual postage/shipping charges. The only thing not included are the surface treatment materials (Coconut and colored sand). Just remember this is all new. I usually use Ebay as a sounding board to see what the market will bare? I haven't had time to do anything I need to do to bring this/these projects to fruition properly. Hope that helps until I get a better handle on it. Somebody, please build this!! I love this house, it is a fun build, awesome pattern Pete!! There are some other variations out there too, with a car and yellow finish. Can't wait to see some more renditions!!
