greetings to all...

ready for primer, finish and details...went with 3/4" high picket style fence...was going to add a dog house on the left but changed my mind...not sure of colors yet...but won't be dull...

good morning...

here are pix of die cut mulls spray painted red and mounted on cardboard...red window material is between mulls and cardboard...

cardboard is carefully cut to fit inside walls and mulls are already aligned with window openings...installation is easy...just one piece per wall to glue in place...

now...on to mica and glitter...then final assembly and details...

my very best regards...howard...

Enough with the subtle colors, Howard! :-)

Thanks, this really helps to show the potential of die-cut windows.

good morning...pix of finished cottage below...

yes, paul, subtle colors!...enough, already!...all i can say is this..."just you wait!"... :D

you may not be able to tell from the pix...but there is a thin coat of "snow-tex" over the white snow detail on the roof peaks...i think it's something i'm going to do from now on...

here's a link to the product...but i'm certain most of you already know about it...

http://www.decoart.com/cgi-bin/Products.cgi?Snow-Tex

as you can tell from the photos...pete's die-cut mullions are "crisp and a new dollar bill"...i really like them...and they're a lot easier than cutting by hand...

my very best regards...
