Paper Label Green Spot Base...What to Do? What to Do?

A while ago, I bought a lot of houses and this base was in it. It is in excellent shape, but the poor thing needs a house. I did consider puting it in my village with a vacant lot sign

, but now that I have new windows that match the era, I think I'm ready to fixer up.
The first pic is the base. The houses behind the base are new ones I've got in the last month that I'm planning on fixing up soon too.
The second pic is one off of Papa Ted's site that I really like, but I don't have any diemensions for it and cant quite tell what windows are suppose to go in it. If anybody has this house I would love to see some higher resolution pics!
I'm also thinking maybe doing one of the ones from the box set that Tom post a week or so ago.
I would love to hear what everybody thinks what house would be a good fit!
Thanks so much!
-Brian

Thanks for your input on this Howard, I like the blue house a lot!!! It's looks to be a really good fit for the base. Definitely going to put fuzzy windows in it!

That's one of the great things about this list! Lots of encouragement and fuzzy thinking.

Not a problem. The blue house is REAL cute but not to complex and should be fairly straight forward. You didn't give the dimensions of the base so if I had that I could determine if this would be a good fit. ( I suspect it is.) I could also do some measuring up for you if you would like and any pointers I might think of. But DON'T dawdle as I go under the knife (Surgically) again on the 13th. Hope you can hear from me soon. Tom

Aww Man Tom, Hope it's nothing to major, take care, and wishing you a speedy recovery!
The base I have is just over 5-1/2 inches, it's the same size as the red/orange clock house that I have. Only difference is the tree is on the other side and the fence is a little different.
I would love to know the dimesions of the blue house, I couldn't tell from the photo if it was one of the slightly larger bases of 7-1/4" or the 5-1/2" base that I have, but it looks like an exact match. Even if it is the bigger one, it would still be a fun house to make!
Thanks

I have an original of the first house (with balcony) you expressed interest in and can take some detailed pix for you. I t-h-i-n-k I also have a pattern for that style of house that you could adapt... interested in either?
