Just finished a Christmas gift for my daughter and son in law, of their house in a Chicago suburb. I included a google shot of the house and two views of my interpretation.

Great job. Will make a great gift.

I like the twig used for the tree w/o leaves, or what we in Vermont call 6 months of the year. :-)

Photo works great too.

laurie...

what a treasure you have made...i know it will be a family heirloom...the twig tree is the perfect contrast with the straight lines of the house...and...i agree 100% with steve...excellent photography...thank you for sharing your work...

oh, yes...does your daughter and son-in-law know you have made this?...

my very best regards...howard...

They will love the gift. That is a great idea.

Do they happen to read this forum? I hope not. Also, congratulations on getting this done so early. That saves a lot of stress.

Thanks everyone. And no, my daughter and son in law don't know about it's existence, but I'm pretty sure they don't know about this sight either, so I'm safe.
