I don't know how I missed this one. I love this pattern, Howard. What a distinctive castle! I wish Pete had gotten the original so we would know more about it.

Tri Tower Castle...
Re: Tri Tower Castle...
update...03-10-2019...
greetings to all...
finished...at last...as you can tell, the colors and some of the details on my version are not quite like the original...i used turquoise and gold colored sand to which i added a little extra fine glitter of the same color...i added extra fine silver glitter to the gray sand on the sidewalk...the snow is white sand with a thin coating of extra fine clear glitter...
the picture can tell the rest of the story...
my very best regards...

Re: Tri Tower Castle...
glad you suggested it to me!...it was your idea!...i meant to mention that in the copy about the finished castle...i tried it both ways...sand with extra fine glitter and sand without glitter...the sand and glitter won out!...Lynn wrote:Howard, every bit of it looks perfect!

Re: Tri Tower Castle...
I'v started working on my Tri Tower Castle. I am making mine a bit larger. What you see is 5 & 1/8 inches, the base will be 7/8 inches, with the center tower it should reach around 11 inches.
Lots more to go, but I'm enjoying making my first castle.

Love all the different versions of this wonderful castle! I took it in a somewhat different direction, making it into a small candy container and eliminating the tower. Had lots of fun with this, thanks to Howard and his pattern making expertise, it was easy to put together.

Love them all. I love Barb's idea as a Candy Container... Cool Beans Barb did you build the Santa or is he original? I've been trying to find time to recreate those Candy Box Santa's but I have to many irons in the fire as is. I have made molds for all three Santa faces that are used on these things. I have them so you can paint them yourself or I paint them for you.

Re: Tri Tower Castle...
Thanks guys! Pete, the santa is original. I had the good fortune to win a lot of about 10 of them on ebay, in pristine condition, for almost no money.
Lynn what is the source of your corrugated cardboard? Such nice lines... for the mini version I used the inside of one of those insulated coffee holders from the local Wawa.
