What kind of figures have been used with cardboard Christmas houses and villages, where do you get appropriate figures today, how do you make, prepair, repair or otherwise maintain figures?

oh, the "good old days"...i too would like to turn back the clock!...:lol:...oh, i did some checking...the hourly minimum wage in 1961 was $1.15...yikes...how times and things have changed...but the beauty and charm of these little heads are still the same...we all love "em!...
