A HOME FOR A TINY ANTIQUE HEN AND CHICKS

Post by maria »

By no means as elaborate as what some of you make, but I wanted a home for this tiny little antique hen and chicks before it got lost! The base was retrieved from a tiny lamp that had been thrown out and has a hole for a tealight. All dusted in sand with a hint of glitter, then hit with spray paint to stabilize here and there. The flowers are from a vintage batch of flowers that were handwashed.

What a perfectly delightful little home for the chicks and hen. I love it. Great recycling too.
