Colleen, It is a Dolly. It comes from The Dolly Toy Christmas set #200. There are 8 houses in the set.

This is a larger Dolly toy house and this may be pre war or at least mid war. You have a couple of very similar Dolly toy houses but don't have the printed detail. Those are among those Help smashed lot post of yours. They are for sure mid war. I think they discontiued the printed ones near the beginning of the war and we know for sure the printies of theirs was pre war. I have a Dolly Toy house that has a stapeled box bas and a sandy finish on both the house and base. It is for SURE pre war so we saw them both ways.
