Hi Lee. Sno-tex is a medium that is applied with either a knife, spatula,or a square flat brush. It looks like paste and there are varieties with glitter encapsulated in it. http://www.michaels.com/videos/AKHT1Vm3 ... lt,pg.html

The video shows you a bit about it. What I like about it is its stability.
